Description
Motivation does not come back all at once.
It returns through small wins you notice and repeat. I built this journal around that idea, with one short entry a day for thirty days.
You start by writing down why you began. Each day you set one intention, record one small win and rate your energy. Every week you stop and reflect on what is working. At the start and end you take the motivation check-in, so you can see what changed. If you fall off, there is a restart page that gets you going again without guilt.
What is inside:
A “why I started” page
30 daily entries: intention, small win, energy check
Four weekly reflections
Start and end motivation check-ins
A restart page
How to use it: open the PDF on your device and type straight into the fields, or print it and write by hand. Five minutes a day is enough.
Pair it with my free Motivation Type Check and Consistency vs. Intensity Scorecard to find out what drives you before day one. This journal comes from the routine I used to rebuild my own drive.
